Additionally, we have worked closely with our delivery partners to make sure they understand the delicate nature of the products and the need for extra care and precaution during delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please be informed that for live plant orders, there will be no refunds or exchanges in the event of an incorrect address, pin code, or phone number provided by the customer. Thus, before completing your order, make sure to double-check all of your information!
For orders of non-live plants, shipping costs and fees have to be borne by the customer in the event of an incorrect address, pin code, or phone number provided by the customer. So, please ensure to double check the details before placing the order to avoid any extra fees.
Delivery time may vary depending on the product due to the wide variety of goods offered on the YesMyNature website. We will notify you on the product-specific page of the YesMyNature website of the estimated time of delivery. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID or phone number as specified during registration. We shall deliver the products to the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Changes in the address for delivery may not be possible after confirmation of the order by us.
We will provide you with the tracking number or airwaybill number once the product is shipped by our delivery partner. You can use this number to track the shipment on the delivery partner’s website.
We make every effort to make sure the products arrive at you on schedule and in optimal condition. In the rarest of situations, there might be a delivery delay, product loss, or damage that isn’t our fault. YesMyNature is not liable for loss of goods or damage in transit, delivery delays brought on by uncontrollable circumstances, such as a lack of supplies, labour disputes, accidents involving transportation, shipping or courier company defaults, or natural disasters.
